Jeff DeMaagd *Privacy Notice* _Street Dreams by Ross, L.L.C.(tm)_ does not sell, divulge, redistribute customer information except by request, to fill the order (as in shipping service) or as required by law. *Shipping* We offer US Postal Service and United Parcel Service(UPS). Shipments by DHL and Federal Express(FedEx) are possible, but there will be a service charge. International shipments may have a delayed shipping for the appropriate form filings. We will try to keep the buyer informed of delays of more than three business days. *Returns* There is a 30 day limit on returns from receipt of shipment to request of Return Materials Allowance (R.M.A.). A call, email or other contact is required to get the R.M.A. before returning the package. The original sales slip or receipt is required to qualify for return. There is a 20% restocking fee, this fee higher if any returned parts were damaged or modified. Modifications may include welding, grinding, sanding, primer, paint, powder coat, anodizing or other changes to the product from originally shipped form of the parts. The returned parts must be packaged securely for shipping. _Street Dreams by Ross, L.L.C.(tm)_ is not responsible for additional part damages caused by poorly packed return shipments. *Conditions of Use* Product availability may vary.
